Thai Auto Tools and Die Public Company Limited (“Company”, “We”) is using CCTV (CCTV) for surveillance inside and surrounding the Company's area (“Area”) , for the protection of life, health and property. We collect personal information of our employees, customers, workers, contractors, visitors (hereinafter referred to as “you”) who enter the Site while such CCTV is working. This CCTV Privacy Notice (“Notice”) provides information regarding the company processing of personal data practice (“Personal Data”), including your rights as follows :

Legal basis for processing personal data
We process your personal information under the following legal basis.

  • - Necessity to prevent or suppress a danger to the life, body or health of you or another person (Vital interest)
  • - Necessity for the legitimate interests of us or another person and such benefits are not less important than the basic rights in your personal data (Legitimate Interest)
  • - The need to comply with relevant laws which oversees the safety and environment in the workplace and our assets (Legal obligation)

Purpose of processing your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes :

  • 1. For the protection of your health and personal safety which includes your property.
  • 2. To protection our facilities and property from damage, disruption, vandalism, or other crime.
  • 3. To support relevant agencies in law enforcement for deterrence, prevention, investigation and legal prosecution.

  • 5. To assist in the investigation process or complaint submission process.

Personal information we process

For the purposes stated in clause 2, We installed CCTV cameras in visible locations. Signs will be placed warning that CCTV cameras are being used at entrances and exits, including areas that we deem appropriate to be surveillance points, in order to collect your personal information when you enter the following areas :

  • 4. images of your property such as vehicles, bags, hats, clothing, etc.

However, we will not install CCTV in areas that may unreasonably infringe on your basic rights, such as bathrooms, shower rooms, or resting area.

The information and CCTV footage is kept confidential and will not be disclosed unless it is necessary for us to achieve the objectives specified in this announcement. We may disclose CCTV information to the following types of individuals or entities :

  • 1. Agencies with powers and duties as required by law to help support in law enforcement or for conducting investigations, investigations, or prosecuting various cases.

Period of retention of personal data

To achieve the objectives of surveillance by using CCTV equipment as specified in this announcement. We will retain the personal data in the CCTV for a period of 27-28 days or 4 weeks from the date of recording and recording.
