From policies to practice on safety

For the performance of duties with regard to safety Always maintain the working environment as well as take part in taking care of the society, community and wider society. Under the concept of sustainable development, the Company has practiced as follows:
  • To encourage employees to work with maximum safety, the safety committee comprising managers from every department, holds activities for employees continuously. Every Morning Talk, held every Monday, executives will indicate areas to be improved. Every Tuesday executives and the safety committee will inspect factories to identify higher risk solutions. In addition, there are safety and environment topics in every orientation for new employees.
  • For the health and hygiene of employees, there are monitoring and control over the factory environment including light, noise, and heat to be within the standards as well as to improve the working environment so as not to affect the health and hygiene of employees. For example, there is a new design for changing conveyers , replacing manual lifting; by installing lifting equipment, we enhance effectiveness, flexibility, and safety, and continuous knowledge sharing and inspection.
