“We always focus on Employee Development, to gain knowledge, to be able to compete at an international level, with countries such as Japan, Taiwan, Korea and China.   Employees must learn all the time, to keep up with the technology that exists in the world.   One way is to promote “reverse engineering” by allowing employees to visit the country of origin, to learn about the technology that industry leaders use, such as what programs they are using. If you can reverse engineer, you can develop your own knowledge and technology.”
