EDP Factory
The EDP dipping line is fully automatic, using an electrostatic absorption process to produce long-lasting, surface coating for vacuum brake booster shells and oil pans. Each step is controlled by an automatic system starting from cleaning, surface preparation, dipping and drying with international automotive standards under strict quality controls. The plant’s fully equipped paint testing laboratory is operated by experts who check the quality including paint thickness and film adhesiveness.

In order to provide the best quality of EDP coating parts under standard quality measuring equipment and tools, providing high precision and skilled personnel, so that customers can be assured of the production process with careful quality control at every step, in every production, there will be a measurement of the adhesion quality of the paint on the workpiece, the comparison of the plating quality, the measurement of the thickness of the coating on the metal (Coating Thickness Meter).
