Thai Auto Tools and Die Public Company Limited (TAT), which uses the abbreviation on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as "TATG", was established in 1993 by Professor Payung Sakdasawit, former lecturer of die design and making at Rajamangala Institute of Technology, Khun Banthun Laosinchai, and Khun Kavut Haruthai, who specialize in the production of tools and dies and are determined to develop the Thai tool industry to be recognized internationally.
From a base of expertise in dies to the production of auto parts
From a small beginning with a registered capital of 1 million baht and 10 employees, the company's metal die manufacturing and distribution business continued to grow and expanded into the production and distribution of jigs and automotive parts. In 2014-2014, there was a significant business expansion by opening 3 more subsidiaries consisting of Thai Auto Tools Pathum Thani Company Limited (TATP), Thai Auto Tools Chonburi Company Limited (TATC), and Thai Auto Tools Eastern Company Limited (TATE), and at that time, the management structure was set up under the Thai Auto Tools Group, where the company held a majority share of 97% and acted as the head office of the three subsidiaries. There is a business unit management for flexibility in managing production, marketing and taking care of a larger number of customers to be efficient and create maximum customer satisfaction.
Under business administration with good governance, transparency, and S,Q,C,D,E quality production policy throughout more than 3 decades of business operations, the company has grown continuously. By the year 2023, the company was registered as a public company on March 23, 2023.

- Thai Auto Tools (Chonburi) Company Limited (TATC) Responsible for producing parts with high precision such as brake booster parts and EDP painting plants.
- Thai Auto Tools (Eastern) Company Limited (TATE) Responsible for producing large-scale auto parts in high volumes
