Thai Auto Tools (Pathumthani) Company Limited (TATP) is a subsidiary of Thai Auto Tools and Die Public Company Limited, holding 97% of shares. Founded in 2011, the company is in charge of the business of designing metal dies, checking fixtures, and assembly jigs. With experience and advanced production knowledge of a team of skilled engineers and technicians, investing in high-performance machinery technology controlled by the latest computer system, investing in 3D computer programs and simulation systems, every piece of work produced by the company therefore meets international standards and has high production quality comparable to Japanese manufacturers, that is high quality, reasonable cost, timely delivery, and can be used effectively in real life, which is strong, precise and highly safe.
From the accumulated experience and the information from customers, TATP is now capable of designing and producing all kinds of complicated dies and jigs with international quality standards. As a result, TATP has gained the trust of customers, both world-class car manufacturers and major Japanese auto parts manufacturers, to participate in the new car production program both for domestic sales and exports abroad. In terms of die design and manufacturing, TATP can produce 3 types of dies: single dies, progressive dies and transfer dies, as well as die manufacturing for electric vehicle parts.
In terms of designing and manufacturing assembly jigs, TATP can produce a wide variety of jigs, ranging from jigs for assembling small parts to jigs for large body assembly, and jigs that are complicated, such as used to set up equipment in production lines. It also includes jigs that require advanced manufacturing technology, working together with a robot to hold parts in a press line (Robot Press Line), and working together with a robot in holding parts in a welding process (Robot Welding Line).
TATP's team of engineers and technicians also specialize in designing and manufacturing jigs for effective quality inspection of various manufactured parts, including welding, hole punching, and metal stamping work.
